This virtual event is a great chance to have some fun, bring unity, all while supporting this mission. And you don’t even have to ride a bike if you don’t want to or can’t. Here are some ideas >>>>>

 

  • Ride your bike on a trail or quiet road

  • Ride a stationary bike in your home

  • Gather a cycling team and ride together

  • Go for walks (outside or on your treadmill)

  • Run or Jog if you can (again, treadmill at home works!)

  • Skip around the block

  • Do anything that’s active and fun that you enjoy
